SignItSure helps you understand important documents using AI-powered document analysis. You can upload a document, get an explanation in plain English, ask follow-up questions, and manage your information from your account.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

Here's what happens when you upload a document:

1. 1Your document is stored in private storage scoped to your account.
2. 2It is processed through SignItSure's server-side AI system — never directly from your browser.
3. 3Text may be extracted from the document so it can be analysed.
4. 4The document is split into smaller sections and converted into searchable representations, so answers can point to the right part of your document.
5. 5The AI only receives the parts of your document that are relevant to the explanation or question at hand.
6. 6You stay in control of your uploaded documents and can delete them at any time.

SignItSure does not sell your documents or your personal information.

SignItSure works with third-party technology providers to run the service. These providers may support:

• Secure storage
• Payment processing in the future

These providers receive only the information necessary to provide their service to us, and their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and policies.

Security practices we have in place include:

Documents and account information are stored while you maintain your account, or until they are deleted — either by you using the controls in the product, or in line with our internal retention policies.

SignItSure is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
